If you experience a bug, describe the problem clearly in your email and include relevant screenshots and the log files. This way, we will immediately have all the relevant information to track down the issue.

  • Mention the program name
  • What you wanted to do
  • The steps you took
  • How the result was different from what was expected
  • If you received any error message, ideally, share a screenshot.
  • Also attach the log files
