What to do if I have a problem?

If you find that our software doesn’t behave as expected, please generate your log files and mail them to our support team. Please, mention what happened in the subject line and shortly describe the issue in the email and add relevant screenshots. This way, our engineers will immediately have all the relevant information to track down the issue.

What should I mention if I have a problem:

  • the name of the program that you were using
  • what you wanted to do
  • what steps you took
  • how the result was different from what was expected
  • If you receive any error message when the problem occurs, please make sure to tell us when you see it (after which action), where you see it (which program spawns it) and what exactly the message is; ideally, please attach a screenshot of the message.

Can I contact CopyTrans by phone?

CopyTrans do not provide support by phone, neither do we connect to your post with any remote access software.
