For technical issues
If you experience a bug, describe the problem clearly in your email and include relevant screenshots and the log files. This way, we will immediately have all the relevant information to track down the issue.
- Mention the program name
- What you wanted to do
- The steps you took
- How the result was different from what was expected
- If you received any error message, ideally, share a screenshot.
- Also attach the log files
