You can cancel your CopyTrans Studio Premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, you can continue using all premium features for the period you paid for.

To cancel your CopyTrans Studio Premium subscription:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments.
  3. Find and select Ursa Minor Ltd. (click “See more” if you don’t see it right away).
  4. Click the Cancel button.

Once canceled, no further charges will be made.

If you did not have/create a PayPal account when you subscribed, please contact support and we will cancel the subscription for you.

Installing the Free version of CopyTrans Studio does not automatically subscribe you to any paid services. The subscription process takes place exclusively through the official store on our website.
